Disclaimer: I do not offer mega volume lash extensions I do not offer bottom lash extensions Scheduling: Appointments can be booked up to 30 days in advance. No weekday appointments. Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required for select services. While this deposit cannot be refunded, it may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment if you provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Grace Period: We offer a 10-minute grace period for all appointments. If you arrive later than 10 minutes, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled to ensure we stay on schedule for other clients. Repeated late arrivals may result in adjustments to your booking privileges. Payment Methods: A 3.5% processing fee will be added to all card payments to cover transaction costs. To avoid this fee, alternative payment options, such as Cash, Zelle or CashApp, are available. Refund: refunds will not be issued after services after services have been rendered. If you experience excessive shedding/lash loss within a week of your appointment, accommodations will be made to correct the issue at no additional cost.

Cancellation Policy

Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours prior. Same day cancelations and appointments canceled less than 24 hours prior to scheduled time will require 50% deposit in order to book future appointments. No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged the full price of scheduled service or remaining balance due.
